OUR FOUNDER
Meet Lauren, the driving force behind our matcha movement. She proudly owns Cocos Deli, a trendy health food café in the heart of Portals Nous, Mallorca. With an unwavering dedication to health, wellness, and fitness she has cultivated a community centered around nourishing foods. After immersing herself in vibrant health food scenes globally and cultivating a profound love for matcha, she felt Matcha should be a key component to various recipes on her menu. Noticing the shortage of top-notch matcha suppliers on the island she decided to embark on her own journey to craft her own signature blend and convert her customers from coffee consumers to matcha lovers.
