The Matcha is sourced exclusively from organic tea farms in the volcanic mineral-rich region of Kagoshima in Japan, where traditional methods are used to cultivate and harvest the tea leaves. The Maca in our blend comes from Peru, coconut sugar from Indonesia and the Sea Salt from Spain.

You can use whichever milk you prefer but at A matcha a day, we recommend using Oatly Barista Edition for the perfect Matcha Latte.

To maintain freshness, store your matcha in it's airtight bag in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
